There are many Cannabis businesses in South Africa, all rushing to be first. Some are very special because they understand the less glamorous business of getting things right for ALL our citizens.

We’ve had a big influx of Affiliates this year and we’re feeling really blessed.  On a personal note, I’ve loved watching how many of our affiliates have been interacting with each other through the year, supporting and helping each other grow.  Its exactly what I had hoped to see happen.

Why are our affiliates so important to us?  Without them we wouldn’t be able to keep our office running.  The monthly donations received from them as well as our Green Network members is what enables us to continue focusing on pushing and writing proposals for fair, human rights based cannabis polices and regulations.

We wouldn’t be able to answer the 100’s of emails and messages we get every day if we didn’t have the power and data to do so. Neither would we be able to network with drug policy advocates and activists from around the globe, learning with and from each other as we pioneer our way to making sure that South Africa has the most human rights-based cannabis policies and regulations in the world. We’ve been blessed to meet all the right people in all the right places who have assisted us with writing functional guidelines that work within the framework of our Right to Privacy judgement, such as our guideline on how to start a Dagga Private Club.

If Parliament ignores us we will have to go forward with the Trial of the Plant part 2, until we are happy with the fact that ordinary citizens of South Africa are not being side-lined and criminalised while corrupt corporate fat cats steal our (Alaskan)thunder(f*ck).

Our Affiliates cover a wide array of products and services within the budding industry.   The Right to Privacy judgement has created the potential for so many possibilities in what we see being a huge and incredibly diverse cannabis industry.
